Dream Capital originally funded the purchase of this hotel in October, 2021. We have already sourced the funds on the debt side for this project and are awaiting the developers to get final approval from the City of Beachwood before we begin underwriting.

Our client is in a long-term contract to purchase this old 3-story building in Sunset Park. Upon purchase, the retail store will be shut down and all of the units in the building will be vacant. The developer will then do a gut rehab for a new retail (basement & first floor), rental units, and penthouse condos.
