The purchasers' reached out to Dream Capital after working with other lenders who gave false promises and were incompetent in structuring a debt financing package that was competitive enough to allow them to purchase the hotel. Dream Capital helped the developers' package and structure a deal that can be presentable to investors and subsequently secured financing for the project.
