Dream Capital funded the purchase of a Doubletree Hotel in Beachwood, Ohio (Cleveland area). This hotel had cash flow problems and was in the process of foreclosure. The purchasers' reached out to Dream Capital after working with other lenders who gave false promises and were incompetent in structuring a debt financing package that was competitive enough to allow them to purchase the hotel. Dream Capital helped the developers' package and structure a deal that can be presentable to investors and subsequently secured financing for the project.
